Our Promise

Every Pumpkin Pro display is custom-designed and professionally installed, consistent with the collection, scope, and design approved for your project. If your installation does not meet those standards, we will make it right. 

Pumpkin Pro displays are custom designed using fresh, seasonal pumpkins, gourds, and other perishable materials. Because each installation is created specifically for the scheduled property and cannot be resold, all sales are final.

• Displays, pumpkins, and seasonal materials are not eligible for return or refund after delivery or installation.
• Scheduling deposits are non-refundable once an installation date has been reserved.
• Because pumpkins and other natural materials vary in color, shape, size, and texture, natural variations are an expected part of every custom display and are not considered defects.
• If Pumpkin Pro is unable to complete an installation due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will work with the Partner to reschedule the installation as soon as practical.
• If a display is damaged due to workmanship or delivery, Pumpkin Pro will promptly repair or replace the affected materials at no additional charge.
• Normal aging, weather, wildlife, vandalism, theft, or other conditions beyond Pumpkin Pro's control are not covered unless a mid-season touch-up or replacement service has been purchased or included.
